Join the GFN Breakout Session on Nature & Climate: Tackling the Next Frontiers Toward Resilience!

This interactive, scenario-based breakout explores climate resilience and technological innovation from a financial sector perspective through a guided “What would you do?” format.

A real-world challenge is introduced that highlights the interplay between climate & nature analytics, investment decisions, and adaptation actions. Participants break into small groups to discuss trade-offs, explore financing risks, and co-create practical solutions together. The session is designed to move beyond what has already been done and focus on what comes next.

At the core of the session is a practical scenario that brings together insights from climate risk analytics and long-term investing. Rather than centring on public-sector solutions only, the discussion will evolve around better financing mechanisms, improved risk assessments, and actionable decision-making tools as the “next frontiers” for climate resilience.

The session is led by GFN members Michael Gloor (Correntics) and Sasha Cisar (Nest), who will facilitate the discussion and share insights from startup, technology, and investment perspectives.
